Managing Partner, Mr. James Dillon is the proud father of two wonderful children who are his favorite life mission — and earned his Bachelor of Psychology & Business Administration from the Virginia Military Institute and his Master of Business Administration from Boston University.

He recently completed his career in the federal civilian service as a Director of Strategic Capabilities and Experimentation for a specialized military command focused on the development and operational use of advanced technologies in austere maritime environments. He is honored to have served as the Deputy Director for Planning in the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force - Iraq and many other career roles supporting the interests of the United States.

He holds multiple certifications and accreditations for research & development and remains a certified Defense Acquisition Professional. He also served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Vanuatu.

James proudly owns and manages real estate investments in exceptional commercial and residential properties serving valued clients, partners and tenants across San Diego, Washington D.C., and Virginia since 2001.
